Sleep - Pietro's biomasseria

The song of summer nightingales and heated floors in winter will make your awakening a dream in this eco-friendly farm, 30 minutes by bicycle from Castel del Monte (UNESCO World Heritage) and the restaurant of Peter, a pioneer of the slow food kitchen.
The farm has virtually no carbon footprint: the outdoor pool is filled with water from the slopes of the Murgia, heated by solar panels, natural paint extracted from the red earth surrounding body products and toiletries oil, organic breakfast products of the farm, in the quarry underground Turkish bath (only in suites). An oasis of peace among the hills, close to the esoteric castle where Frederick II of Swabia housed philosophers, naturalists, architects and astronomers from around the Mediterranean during the 13th century.
